Krayden, Inc., a leading distributor of specialty chemicals to the aerospace, electronics, transportation and industrial sectors, announced the acquisition of Aerospheres (UK) by Krayden Holdings. This acquisition will combine the Aerospace MRO experience of Aerospheres, with the supplier focused partnerships and technical OEM support of Krayden’s distribution business. The companies say the strategic acquisition will strengthen both companies’ places in the aerospace market and expand their global reach.

Customers will benefit by an expanded offering of local stock for Aerospheres customers in Southeast Asia, U.S., and Mexico. The same can be said for Krayden customers in Europe. Both will be global companies serving both the OEM and aerospace MRO markets.
