AerFin Strengthens Worldwide A320neo Support with Global Inventory Network

AerFin has reached another major milestone in its A320neo program. Following the teardown of eight aircraft across France and the Philippines, it says is has removed more than 9,000 high-demand components, now positioned strategically across itsglobal warehousing network to support customers in EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

This next phase reflects the scale, maturity and progression of the program. With inventory already available in Newport, Gatwick, Singapore and Miami, operators, lessors and asset owners can access quality-assured material closer to where they operate. The company says its global footprint is built around one priority – delivering the right material quickly, reliably and with confidence.

Each A320neo teardown has produced between 1,200 and 1,400 serviceable components, including major assets now ready for sale and exchange. Alongside major structural assemblies, nacelles, APUs and landing gears, we continue to see strong demand for rotables and consumables moving through the network. With stock positioned across multiple regions, customers benefit from reduced lead times, improved availability and dependable operational support.

The program continues to build momentum. AerFin has secured additional A320neo aircraft, now entering the onboarding and disassembly phase, further strengthening our inventory pipeline. Alongside this, we have a growing portfolio of fresh-from-shop PW1000 GTF engines available for lease or sale, providing customers with flexible, high-quality engine solutions when they need them most.

The A320neo fleet continues to grow at pace, while pressure on OEM supply chains remains a challenge across the industry. AerFin says its approach helps customers respond with confidence, turning constraints into practical, reliable solutions through smart recovery, circularity and strategic material support.

This worldwide inventory strategy is designed to support customers wherever they operate. Across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, the company is strengthening regional access to high-demand material, helping customers source what they need without unnecessary delay. Through our partnership with B&H Worldwide in Singapore and expanding availability in Miami, we continue to invest in the infrastructure that underpins a reliable and responsive global service.

AerFin says every component is backed by its technical expertise and rigorous quality assurance processes. As additional material continues to enter stock, the company says its A320neo inventory is ready to support both immediate requirements and longer-term fleet strategies.
