Alpha Wingman announced that beta testing has ended for their new workforce management platform, named Alpha Workforce. Once AOG technicians download the new app, they are instantly linked to the dispatch center via a moving map displaying technician status (working, available, off-duty, etc.). Alpha Wingman says Alpha Workforce is a technology platform that connects aircraft operators with a broad range of essential services. The company says it is founded on the principles of innovation and efficiency and that Alpha Wingman offers solutions that include AOG, scheduled aircraft maintenance, parts, and FBO services among others. The company says with a network of certified providers, the platform ensures that users receive “world-class service tailored to their unique, individual needs while eliminating the need for third parties and brokers.”
