FCAH Aerospace welcomed Amy Merkley as their new chief operating officer of MRO Operations. Merkley is a seasoned industry leader with a history of driving operational excellence, building teams, and spearheading strategic growth initiatives. In her role, she will oversee maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations, ensuring customer expectations are met while enhancing operational efficiency.
The company also introduced Mike Abram as the president of Cobalt Aero Services, headquartered in Hot Springs, Arkansas. FCAH Aerospace says Abram’s leadership experience and commitment to customer satisfaction uniquely position him to guide Cobalt Aero Services through its next chapter of growth.
