Modesto Jet Center announced its acquisition of a 26,510-square-foot aircraft hangar at Modesto City–County Airport (KMOD), offering corporate flight departments, aircraft owners, management companies and aviation operators a well-equipped Northern California home base.
The insulated hangar features executive office space, two full bathrooms with showers, additional upstairs office and storage space, private gated vehicle access and direct support from Modesto Jet Center’s 24/7 full-service FBO. Featuring 26-foot-high doors, the hangar is able to accommodate aircraft up to a Gulfstream G650.
“This is more than simply hangar space,” said Greg Holbrook, general manager of Modesto Jet Center. “It is an opportunity for a corporate flight department or aviation operator to establish a highly functional base with the infrastructure and support needed to operate efficiently.” Located at a towered airport in California’s Central Valley, KMOD offers a 5,904-foot by 150-foot primary runway and convenient access to Northern California business markets without many of the operational challenges associated with larger metropolitan airports.
