LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions, announced the
promotion of Mike Reporto to group president of the company. In his elevated role, Reporto will
report to the board of directors and will assume the responsibilities of LAUNCH’s daily
operations and the oversight of all staff. He will continue in his role as Chief Commercial
Officer for the company.

Mike Guagenti will continue to serve in a key role as a LAUNCH board member, assisting in

knowledge and passion for pursuing new investment opportunities is a key element of our
future growth plans, and LAUNCH is fortunate to retain his talents.
Jean Rollo’s title and scope of responsibilities will also change as she shifts to an integral
role as a strategic advisor and board member with a key focus in assisting the Executive
Chairman and Board on matters related to people, systems and operations, including
acquisition integration. Jean’s unwavering passion for our people, values and quest for
excellence will continue their importance in her new role.
The recent investment by Capitol Meridian Partners is allowing LAUNCH to pursue new
organic and non-organic growth opportunities. Both Rollo and Reporto are actively involved in
these activities and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience. They will remain key
contributors to the execution of the LAUNCH strategic growth plan. The promotion of Mike
Reporto will allow our founders to step back from their daily duties and assist LAUNCH and
Capitol Meridian in evaluating and onboarding new growth opportunities and expanding the
LAUNCH business portfolio.
